Welcome to the brand-new rebuilt site! Some images are still missing; they will be added soon. Some pages are also still incomplete as well
Hello! First off, welcome to my site! I have spent a lot of time rebuilding it, and while I mostly looks like same, I am trying to find ways to make it look better (or cooler).
Hi everyone, Trp. Keaton here, or just call me Keaton! I started TKP back in 2017, when I released my very first mod ever, better dispatch alert tones, maybe you heard of it, maybe not. It put my foot in the door and took me to where I am today. BDAT, while now discontinued, is still useable, was a pretty simple mod that basically added new mic clicks, and alert tones for priorities. While the mod has now been discontinued, and I have moved onto better and new things, its serves as a reminder of where I started, and came from.
Fast forward to 2020, when COVID hit, and we all go forced inside for like 7 months, I decided one day that I finally want to make something, unique, something original, and something that is mine, and so I did just that. I got to work, and since I live in the state, it wasn't too hard for me to do the research that I needed to do, and in August of 2020, I released it to the LSPDFR for the first time. My very first car pack, which was a rather small pack compared to today, was Illinois State Police. At the time of its release, it contained 21 cars in total, and also was the first time I released not only a car pack, but a car pack as a DLC format, which I still use to this day. While the pack has since be redone, and is going through a complete overhaul, I can't help but think that someone out there has the very first release of the pack, and I would love to have it again.
Jump to now, 2026 and now have the largest and possibly most well know pack available for download, my Florida Highway Patrol pack. Probably one of my greatest works, and one of my best. While originally planned to have just over 70 cars for use, has since been skimmed down to close to 60 cars, that are all fully working, and close to their real-life counterparts as possible. FHP is still receiving updates today, mostly visual updates, and fix the small bugs that may get passed up.
My Florida Highway Patrol pack I released for free to the community to enjoy, even though about $300 was put into the pack to make it as great as it is today, and I think one of the best things about Woking on it was all the new connections and friends I made along the way of its building, and even had worked with a couple of other developers to finish the pack. And to this day, that pack is even compatible with another amazing FHP pack, made by my good friend Skys.
Of course my other works are also just as good as FHP, and while the quality of them are not on part of what I do today, they are still worth talking about, I have made Chicago Police, possible another one of my most well-known pack, Vancouver Police, Toronto Police, Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Miami Police, Miami-Dade Police, (NEW) Miami Beach Police, Schaumburg Police, Peoria Heights Police, and ones that are only released on my discord.

But I do use Ko-Fi for everything from dev parts to donations, and even commissions (once they open again). So, while you can see them here, you'll have to go to my Ko-Fi to get them, which I have linked below, and you can access my Ko-Fi profile by clicking on the icon below.
